<p>The device has a terminal (22) with a unit for communicating with transceivers over short distance and maintaining information about identity of a user. The terminal comprises another unit for contactless communication over large distance. A server communicates with the terminal by the latter unit to receive and register the information about the identity and time points of taking-over and return of a bicycle (10). The server permits identification of the terminal that transfers the information, and transfer of an autonomous locking device into a releasing state.</p> |
