A wrist exerciser comprising a first exercise ball body 10 with a rotor 12 positioned inside it, an opening 11 on one side and a handle 20 extending from an opposite side to the opening. The handle 20 may be integrally attached to the body or may be attached using a screw arrangement or with snap fitting grooves and protrusions. There may be a second exercise ball body attached to the opposite end of the handle 20 to the first. The device may also have a sensor to record movement of the rotor and means to display and communicate this information externally. The device is designed to allow multiple gripping methods to increase interest in its use.
