WATER TREATMENT DEVICE USING ADVANCED OXIDATION PROCESS AND FOOD WASTE DISPOSER COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A water treating apparatus based on advanced oxidation process(AOP) and a food waste disposer including the same are provided to effectively treat wastewater composed of various kinds of components by generating hydroxyl radicals through various kinds of techniques. CONSTITUTION: A water treating apparatus includes an AOP treating bath(100). Water is introduced into the AOP treating bath. The AOP treating bath includes an AOP lamp(110) and a reactant generator(120). The AOP treating bath further includes an electrolyte generator and a water level sensor(130). The AOP lamp and the reactant generator operate based on the water level sensor. The reactant generator is one selected from an oxygen generator(121), an ozone generator(122), and a hydrogen peroxide generator(123). The water treating apparatus further includes an intermediate storing bath(200) which is fluid-connected with the AOP treating bath.
