<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device which reports the high information on a convenience when reporting the information which a user needs when the user goes out. <P>SOLUTION: The information providing device includes: a computer 12 (information acquisition means) for acquiring information which is necessary when going out and responds to situations (for example, health information about residents' health, traveling time information about traveling time when one travels to the destination, and the like); and a monitor device 13 (reporting means) for reporting the user of information acquired by the computer 12.
