PURPOSE: An apparatus for purifying oil-contaminated soil using micro bubbles is provided to improve the efficiency of a purifying process with respect to soil containing oil and non-biodegradable organic materials. CONSTITUTION: A washing and vibrating unit separate target water and soil which are separated by washing and vibrating oil-contaminated soil. An ozone water generating unit generates bubble ozone water containing ozone bubble. A reacting unit(400) separates oil contained in the target water. One or more activated charcoal filters absorb harmful organic materials in the target water. A discharging unit discharges the separated target water is further prepared. The reacting unit mixes the discharged target water and the bubble ozone water.
