EXHAUST TURBO CHARGER WITH ABSORPTION SOUND DAMPER IN THE PRESSURE LINE OF COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: An exhaust turbo charger with absorptive sound damper in a pressure pipe of a compressor is provided to ensure high damping effect and long life. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust turbo charger with absorptive sound damper in a pressure pipe of a compressor comprises an absorptive sound damper(21). The absorptive sound damper is integrated with the flow guide member of the exhaust turbo charger. An inner pipe wall is formed as a sound permeable discharge protection unit(23) to establish flow channels. The absorptive sound damper is installed on the downstream of the compressor in the flow direction of flowing medium. The inner pipe wall is coaxially surrounded at an integral in a radial direction by an outer pipe(24) to form one or more ring chambers(25).
