PURPOSE: A dual stepped discharging technique-based water purifier, a method for manufacturing salt, a water purifier for purifying water or fluidic materials, a method for manufacturing healthful materials, and an environmentally-friendly treating system are provided to prevent the occurrence of water bloom phenomenon in a second water tank by eliminating pollutants and microorganisms from a first water tank. CONSTITUTION: A second water tank is formed on the upper side of a base concrete part. A discharging valve(75) is formed at the lower side of the second water tank. A first water tank is formed on the upper side of the second water tank. The bottom of the first water tank is slanted. A first separating hole and a second separating hole are formed at a wall of the first water tank. A brush is formed in the separating holes and impacts water introduced into the first water tank. |
