PURPOSE: A board with a built-in elastic body is provided to improve transportability and assemblability by being lightweight in contradiction to the volume, and to have excellent adiabatic efficiency, soundproof efficiency, impact resistance and flexural stiffness. CONSTITUTION: A board with a built-in elastic body comprises: an upper plate(100) and a lower plate(200) arranged parallel to each other at a certain distance; an elastic body(300) inserted and mounted between the upper plate and the lower plate; and a pressure member(400) pressurizing and coupling the upper plate and the lower plate toward the elastic body by keeping the distance between the upper plate and the lower plate regularly. The pressure member contains: a sleeve(410) having the top contact with the bottom of the upper plate and the bottom contacted with the top of the lower plate, and a pair of fasteners(420) pressurizing and coupling the upper plate to the top of the sleeve and the lower plate to the bottom of the sleeve. |
