PURPOSE: A control circuit for starting a drive circuit is provided to reach to the proper number of rotation in a short time as well as be certainly operated. CONSTITUTION: Full drive waveform output device outputs a full drive waveform. A PWM(Pulse Width Modulation Device)(56) performs pulse width modulation for the full drive waveform and obtains a PWM drive waveform. A selector(52) selects either the full drive waveform or the PWM drive waveform. A control device(58) controls the selector and outputs the full drive waveform. The control device outputs a PWM modulated waveform.
