PURPOSE: A sludge circulating tube type slanted plate-based sedimentation apparatus is provided to improve the floc forming condition of a rapid reactor by compartmentalizing the discharging and circulating of the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A sludge circulating tube type slanted plate-based sedimentation apparatus includes a sludge circulating unit(90) and a tube type slanted plate(160). The sludge circulating unit is composed of a sludge transferring pipe(130) and a sludge transferring pump(125). The sludge transferring pipe includes a sludge transferring piece(130a). The upper side of the sludge transferring piece is completely open and includes a transfer hopper with a through hole. The tube type slanted plate is formed by successively stacking a first vertical plate, a second vertical plate, and a third vertical plate.
