PURPOSE: A ventilation system having a heat exchanger is provided to selectively intake and discharge air through a vent by manufacturing a double pipe. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system comprises a ventilation unit(200) and a heat exchanging pipe member(100). The outlet and inlet of a vent are connected to an intake pipe and discharge pipe respectively. The vent unit comprises a first space and a second space. The first space intakes outside air through the intake pipe to indoor. A second space intakes indoor air through a discharge pipe to outside. The first and the second space are separated in a case. A heat exchanging pipe member is comprised of a first connection pipe and a second connection pipe.
