Presser roller - for warp-beam let-off drive - formed in three sections

A cylindrical end section is connected to each end of a cylindrical central section by an associated inner journal bearing secured to one end of a pivotally mounted arm which passes through a gap between the end section and the cylindrical section. A drive belt connected to a drive motor and electromagnetic brake, passes around the presser roller and seats in the gap on the side of the roller which contacts the yarn build on the warp beam to provide a continuous surface. The roller is compact and easily accessible.
