PURPOSE: A timer for cooking instant noodles is provided to cook instant noodles within a pre-determined time by enabling hearing-impaired and visual-impaired persons to sense vibration. CONSTITUTION: A timer for cooking instant noodles comprises a battery(501), a power supply unit(507), a buzzer(503), a phrase storing unit(505), a vibration generation unit(504), a light emitting unit(502), and a battery control unit(506). The battery supplies 1.5~4.5V power to the power supply unit. A push switch or a selection switch of the power supply unit turns on/off the supplied power. The phrase storing unit stores high-pitched sound or phrase outputted through the buzzer. The vibration generation unit changes the polarity of an electromagnet to be vertically vibrated. When the power is applied to the power supply unit, the LED of the light emitting unit is turned on for three minutes. The battery control unit turns on the power supplied to the vibration generation unit or the LED and outputs the high-pitched sound or phrase outputted through the buzzer.
