PURPOSE: A bicycle management system and method thereof are provided to terminate bicycle rental regardless of a rental place by using a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A server(110) authenticates a user by using the identification information of a user terminal. The server calculates costs for renting bicycles. The server transmits the costs to a communication company server of a user terminal in order to charge the communication charge of the user terminal as the calculated costs.
