摘要 PURPOSE: A system and an apparatus for evaluating non-linearity of ultrasonic waves are provided to correspond the center axis of a second probe to a beam axis of reflected ultrasonic waves, and to improve the precision of non-linear evaluations of the ultrasonic waves. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for evaluating non-linearity of ultrasonic waves comprises an ultrasonic wave progressing part(120), a first probe(122), and a second probe(124). The ultrasonic wave progressing part makes a first ultrasonic wave apply to a target object(102). The first probe is connected to the ultrasonic wave progressing part, and outputs the first ultrasonic wave to the ultrasonic wave progressing part. The second probe is connected to the ultrasonic wave progressing part in a state where the first probe is separated. The ultrasonic wave progressing part allows the first ultrasonic wave outputted from the first probe to reflect and penetrate.
