PURPOSE: A board stacked heat radiation apparatus for an LED lamp is provided to form a ventilation structure by forming an ultra thin heat sink in a multilayer structure. CONSTITUTION: An ultra thin heat sink(10) is arranged to be closely adhered to a substrate in which an LED is mounted with laminating. The ultra thin heat sink laminates a horizontal part and a bent part so that rectangular boards(20) are faced at the top and bottom along a longitudinal direction. The ultra thin heat sink forms a penetration hole(25) at the up and down and the left and right. The ultra thin heat sink laminates the boards by attaching the boards with a thermal conductive tape. The ultra thin heat sink forms at least one penetration hole(23) which connects the penetration hole to each bent part of the boards.
