PURPOSE: Patterned artificial marble and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to engrave patterns on completed kitchen products or tables. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of patterned artificial marble comprises the following steps: manufacturing metal rollers(2,3) or stamp types(5, 6); heating the artificial marble substrate to be molded; and forming a depressed carving pattern by compression towards a depressed carving direction and passing through the substrate. In order for the depressed carving pattern to be smoothly formed, a release agent is used in engraved part. Rapid hardening resin is filled into the depressed carving pattern in order to smoothly process the surface. The liquid resin includes a marble chip. |
