PURPOSE: A producing method of collagen roast meat using pig skin is provided to add pig skin slices or pig skin powder to the roast meat as a collagen supply source. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of collagen roast meat using pig skin comprises the following steps: freezing pork for slicing; cutting the frozen pork into 1-10mm; cutting cabbages, spring onions, sesame leaves, garlic, mushrooms, and bean sprouts; layering 40-70wt% of cut vegetables on an iron pan; layering 20-40wt% of sliced pork on the vegetables; adding 5-15wt% of seasoning sauce to the pork; heating the seasoned pork; and adding 10-25wt% of sliced pork before heating a second time. |
