PURPOSE: A metallic interconnect for a fuel cell is provided to protect the surface of a metal current collector except for a gas flow channel from an oxidizing atmosphere and chrome volatilization and to prevent the degradation of oxidation and performance of the metal current collector for a long term use. CONSTITUTION: A metallic interconnect for a fuel cell includes: a metal current collector(13) in which a gas flow channel(11) is formed; and a glass conductive material composite(17) which is located between the metal current collector and an electrode(15) of unit cell by being coated on the surface of metal current collector except for a gas flow channel and has a structure where a glass material(17b) is filled in the gap between conductive materials(17a) having connectivity.
