PURPOSE: A filter cutting drum of an activated carbon filter feeder is provided, which prevents carbon powder from being adhered to the surface of a toe filter in bonding and packaging the toe filter and an activated carbon filter. CONSTITUTION: A filter cutting drum of an activated carbon filter feeder comprises: a filter transfer drum(20) in which a plurality of accommodating grooves having a plurality of cutting grooves are continuously installed in the outer circumference thereof, receives an activated carbon filter(40) into the accommodating groove, and transfers the activated carbon filter; and a filter cutting drum which include a plurality of rotary shafts and a circular cutter cutting the activated carbon filter and are equipped with a scraper inserted into the cutting groove.
