The damper blade having a tie-down tab pair, with the tie-down tab pair positioned along a periphery edge of the damper blade for coupling a damper seal with the damper blade. The damper seal is comprised of a set of apertures for insertion of the tie-down tab pair for locking the damper seal with the damper blade. |
