PURPOSE: A light weight ground rod of high efficiency for emitting high current outside is provided to stably induce an irregular high current without resistance by combining a hollow conductive rod with a conductive reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION: A conductive metal unit(110) includes a conductive rod(111) and a conductive reinforcing material(113). The conductive reinforcing material is formed in a planar shape on the outer surface of the conductive rod. The conductive reinforcing material is extended in a radial shape on the outer surface of the conductive rod. A conductive mortar(120) is placed on the outside of the conductive rod. The inside of the conductive rod is filled with a conductive absorbing material(130).
