PURPOSE: A device for controlling the amount of powder transferred is provided to control the amount of powder transferred by controlling the diameter of a powder supply pipe. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling the amount of powder transferred comprises a body tube(120), a rubber tube(140), and a diameter varying unit(160). A part of a first powder supply pipe(10) and a second powder supply pipe(20) are inserted into both sides of the body tube. The rubber tube is located in the body tube, and the first powder supply pipe is connected to one side of the rubber tube and the second powder supply pipe is connected to the other side thereof. The diameter varying unit is formed on the body tube.
