An aqueous copolymer dispersion, wherein said copolymer is obtained from a mixture of monomers comprising, in percentage by weight based on the dry weight of copolymer:
a) 89 to 99.93% at least one ethylenically unsaturated nonionic monomer,
b) 0.05 to 5% at least one ethylenically unsaturated phosphorus containing monomer without phosphonate functional group, or salts thereof,
c) 0.01 to 3% at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer carrying at least one alkoxysilane functionality, and
d) 0.01 to 3% at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer carrying at least one functionality selected from sulfur based acids, or the salts thereof. |
