PURPOSE: A naturally curing tube for repairing a drain pipe, a device and a method for repairing a drain pipe without excavation using the same are provided to reduce the curing time of the tube because a resin layer having polyurethane has high shock resistance against a sudden temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A naturally curing tube(100) for repairing a drain pipe comprises a felt(120), a resin layer(130), and a film layer(110). The felt is manufactured using fabric cloth. The resin layer is formed on one surface of the felt. Polyurethane is put into the resin layer. The resin layer is attached on the inner surface of a drain pipe and naturally cured. The film layer is formed by laminating polyethylene films and is formed on the other surface of the felt.
