MULTIPLE PLC SIMULATION SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A multiple PLC simulation system is provided to simplify environment setup for a PLC control simulation of a line unit by replacing software PLC with an OPC(OLE(Object Linking and Embedding) for Process Control) and hardware PLC. CONSTITUTION: A PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) broker(5) transmits a PLC output signal which is received from a PC to a simulator and transmits a PLC input signals to the PC. An input/output model(3) defines a PLC input signal according to an operation state of a line/facility. A graphic model(4) displays motion change of the line/facility through motion graphic data.
