PURPOSE: A power output unit with an interference suppress system filter unit and an AFL(Adaptive Feedforward Linearizer) for mobile telecommunication equipments is provided to maximize linearity by amplifying and reducing an IMD signal among the outputs of PA. CONSTITUTION: A DA(Driving Amplifier)(10) converts an analog RF(Radio Frequency) signal into a frequency having a certain gain and power. A PA(Power Amplifier)(50) amplifies the power of the outputted frequency signal in the ISS filter module to convert the frequency signal into the along RF signal and radiate the converted RF signal through an antenna. AFL(Adaptive Feedforward Linearizer) circuit(70) removes an output signal of the PA from the output signal of the ISS filter module to amplify an IMD(Inter-Modulation Distortion).
