PURPOSE: A light emitting diode with high efficiency is provided to improve reflective efficiency inside a substrate by forming a light reflective structure in a substrate and an electrode pad. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). An n-type semiconductor layer(130) is formed on the buffer layer. An active layer(140) is formed on the n-type semiconductor layer. A p-type semiconductor layer(150) is formed on the active layer. A transparent electrode layer(160) is formed on the p-type semiconductor layer. An electrode pad(170) is formed on the transparent electrode layer.
