PURPOSE: A composition method of an environment-friendly playground is provided to prevent bad smell and to protect people from heavy metal poison by using only an environment-friendly material. CONSTITUTION: A composition method of an environment-friendly playground is composed like next. Ground is lower than the top of a neighboring drainpipe(S10). A drain hole is formed on the side of the waterway, exposed from the low ground at a fixed height(S20). A waterproof sheet is laminated in the side of a waterway sheet(S30). A rubble is installed on the waterproof sheet in order to form a permeable layer(S40). The rubble is planarized(S50). A binder is scattered on the permeable layer to solidify the rubble in order to the movement of the rubble(S60). Elasticity chips is mixed on the permeable layer with the binder and planarized in order to form an elastic layer(S70).
