PURPOSE: A waterproof connector and a rubber stopper manufacturing method thereof are provided to appropriately mount the rubber stopper on a housing. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) includes a cavity and a stopper storage unit(20). A stopper storage unit stores a rubber stopper(50). The rubber stopper has a wire insertion hole(52). A holder is mounted on the housing. When the rubber stopper maintains an accurate position, at least one receiving unit for position determination(26) is formed in the stopper storage unit or the holder to enable the rubber stopper to be stored inside the stopper storage unit or the holder.
