PURPOSE: An external air supplying device is provided to supply external air inside a driver's pants, thereby preventing eczema of scrotum area. CONSTITUTION: An external air supplying device(100) includes a main body(10), a connecting pipe, an air supplying pipe(50), an air separating pipe(30), an air discharging hoses(60a,60b), a clip holder(70a,70b), and Velcro tapes(21,22). The main body forms a space unit(11) for an air supplying hose(40), and a band connecting unit(12). The air supplying pipe is connected to the air supplying hose and attached to an air discharging grill of a vehicle air conditioner. The air separating pipe separates the supplied air into a connecting ribs(32a,32b).
