PURPOSE: A stool coupling device of a movable table is provided to elastic-install a connection member connected to a chair in side of the table support frame of a table to be freely rotatable and foldable, thereby make the connection thereof stable and easy, and softly operating the stool coupling device. CONSTITUTION: A stool coupling device comprises a support frame(25), a fixed tubular body(30) welded to one side of the support frame, a rotating tubular body(60) on the fixed tubular body, a thrust ball bearing(50,50') installed between the fixed tubular body and the rotating tubular body, and the top of the rotating tubular body, a twisted spring(70) in the inner surface of the fixed tubular body and the rotating tubular body and the thrust ball bearing, an upper horizontal bent part(74) fixed to one side of the rotating tubular body, a lower vertical bent part(75) inserted into the fixed hole(35) of a fixed plate(36), and an axis bolt(38) for fixing the same.
