ELECTRIC MOTOR AND COMPRESSOR HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electric motor and a compressor including the same are provided to rapidly cool a stator by forming a twisting groove passing through fluid on the inner surface of a frame and extending the contact time of the fluid and the stator. CONSTITUTION: A stator comprises a stator core(141) and a stator coil(151) wound on the stator core. A rotor(160) is composed of a rotor core(161) and an induction rotor equipped with plurality of conductor bars(165). The rotor rotates with a rotary shaft(171) as the center. A fluid passage is included in the mutual contact domain of the stator and a frame(131). A groove(181) of the frame is formed according to a longitudinal direction of the frame. A cutting part is formed by cutting the outer surface of the stator. A penetration hole is formed by passing the rotor in a shaft direction.
