PURPOSE: A grill plate is provided to have water inside of a grill plate so that food is not stick to the grill plate even though a direct firing method using flame of a brazier is used. CONSTITUTION: A grill plate comprises a grill plate body(10) and lid(20). A plurality of water paths is formed in the central part(1) of the grill plate body. A side wall unit is formed in the outside of the central part to be integrated with the central part. The upper part of the outer side wall(2a) is bent. The inner side wall is perpendicularly formed toward up and down. A water chamber(3) is formed between the outer and inner side walls. The water chamber is connected to the water path. Water injected to the chamber flows along the water path. The side part of the lid is formed into a bent shape, and a bellow pipe is formed in the side part. |
