PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing an electric cable band are provided to achieve improved productivity and uniform quality of products. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stacked bands are successively loaded one by one. Buckles(2) being coupled to the bands(1) are transferred. The buckles are coupled to the bands. The buckles are moved and the bands are bent in order to prevent the separation of the buckles from the bands. The cable bands composed of the bands with the buckles are counted and discharged.
