PURPOSE: A low-fat hamburger patty containing sea tangle powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer dietary fibers to eaters by adding sea tangle and reducing the content of back fat. CONSTITUTION: A low-fat hamburger patty containing sea tangle powder contains 70~90wt% of material meat, 5~20wt% of ice, 0.1~10wt% of sea tangle powder, and 4.8~12wt% of seasoning liquid. The material meat contains pork back leg portions and pork back fat in a weight ratio of 5~10:1. A producing method of the low-fat hamburger patty comprises the following steps: crushing the material meat with a chopper; mixing the crushed material with the ice and the seasoning liquid; adding isolated soy protein and the sea tangle powder; and molding and freezing the obtained patty. |
