PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell having a rough surface layer is provided to increase the transformation efficiency of electrical energy by forming a rough surface layer on a silicon substrate and increasing a sectional surface area. CONSTITUTION: A doped layer(2) is formed on a silicon substrate(1). A reflecting layer is formed on a lower part of the silicon substrate. An electrode is formed on the silicon substrate. A rough surface layer(3) is formed on the silicon substrate. A texturing process for forming a pyramid structure is performed after washing the silicon substrate. |
