PURPOSE: A fastening device for a safety belt of a vehicle is provided to fasten a safety belt regardless of the body size of a passenger by adjusting the position of a belt fixing unit depending on the body size of the passenger. CONSTITUTION: A fastening device for a safety belt of a vehicle comprises a housing(10), a rotation member(20), a moving block(30), a rotating unit(40), and a lifting unit(50). The housing accepts a safety belt. One end of the rotation member is fixed to the housing. The moving block is installed in the rotation member and is vertically moved. The moving block has a belt guide and a height adjusting unit. The height adjusting unit adjusts the height of the belt guide. The rotating unit rotates the rotation member. The lifting unit lifts the moving block.
