<p>The invention relates to agriculture, namely to horticulture, in particular to a device and a process for the production of mulch film.The device, according to the invention, comprises a frame (6), on which are installed by means of consoles: a grass rolling roller (7), installed with the possibility of vertical movement of its axle (8) in the groove (9) of the console; a grass cutting device (10); a roller (12) with polyethylene film; a roller (17) for pressing the plant mass and directing the motion of polyethylene film; a grid and polyethylene film maintenance roller (13) and a mulch film winding axle (14), installed with the possibility of its vertical movement in the groove of the console.The process, according to the invention, includes covering, before the initial vegetation, of soil sown with perennial grass seeds or overgrown with weeds with a plastic net of a width of 100 cm and a diameter of meshes of at most 1 cm, and when the grass attains the height of 30 cm, with the device according to the invention is carried out rolling of grass simultaneously with its pulling and tearing out or cutting, covering of the resulting plant mass with a polyethylene film with the concomitant pressing of plant mass on the surface of the net and rolling of the obtained film.</p> |
