The invention relates to vehicles, namely to the translation of rotary motion to the wheels of vehicle without gearbox and fuel economy in the beginning of motion.The vehicle contains an accumulator, an electric motor, wheels (3), a clutch, a crank, gearwheels (6, 7), a housing (10), a piston (12) and a cylinder (11). The rotary motion starts from the electric motor, and the internal combustion and steam formation engine is started while moving at high speeds. While the piston (12) of the internal combustion and steam formation engine stands still, the motion is carried out by the cylinder (11) and is divided into four stages. During the motion of the cylinder (11) at each stage by means of the injector is injected at first petrol or gas, and then diesel fuel, followed by air supply, and then water supply.
