SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADAPTIVE ROAMING THRESHOLD PARAMETER SETUP

PURPOSE: A system for setting an adaptive roaming threshold parameter and a method thereof are provided to always supply the best roaming threshold parameter between access points in a wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(102) receives a roaming threshold parameter from a network(108). An access point(104) transmits an authentication request of the user terminal to a central managing server(106). The access point receives the roaming threshold parameter of the network from the central managing server. The central managing server stores the roaming threshold parameter for at least one network(108,110).
