Disclosed is a benzyl protected imidazole compound of formula (II) e.g. (S)-N-((S)-3-amino-4-fluorobutyl)-N-((R)-1-(1-benzyl-4-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-2,2-dimethylpropyl)-2-hydroxypropanamide wherein the substituents are defined in the specification or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the treatment of a proliferative disease selected from a solid tumor and a hematological cancer
