Disclosed is a compound of formula (I) e.g. 2-Pyridin-3-yl-pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid (5-fluoro-2-methyl-indol-1-yl)-amide, wherein the substituents are defined in the specification or a hydrate, solvate or N-oxide thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for treating an allergic or inflammatory disorder in a patient.
