摘要 The present invention relates to molecular biology and gene therapy of diseases at which an unwanted cell proliferation happens. The present invention relates to a gene structure comprising 3'-untranslated region of the gene transcript selected from the gene DNA-topoisomerase II alpha (TOP2A) of a human and the gene DNA-(cytosin-5)-methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1) of a human; kDNA at least one protein inhibiting cell growth; and a promoter, transcriptional activity of which is specific for target cells. Excessively proliferating neoplastic or nonneoplastic cells serve as the target cells for administering said structure. The present invention also relates to a method for increasing specificity of inhibiting and to a method of properly inhibiting of unwanted growth of target cells by administering therein said gene structure.
