In the known method comprising steps of: developing texts for announcing population and their recording; installation special equipment at tele-radio broadcasting objects for input announcement signals and verbal information to broadcasting programs; instruction of duty personnel how to transmit announcement signals; checking the announcement systems, a novel feature of the method is characterized in that advertisement and municipal information is transmitted daily for checking the announcement system. In the known device which comprises a remote control block and a power unit connected to a automatic control device, a sound transmitter connected to loud speakers and a storage information block, the input of which is connected to the automatic control device and the output is connected to the sound transmitter, a novel feature of the device is characterized by providing electrical communication of the remote control block and at least one automatic control device connected to communication means available at municipal authorities and/or at corporative communication networks. Implementation of the invention provides higher method abilities and increases its effectiveness. |
