Disclosed are aryl sulphonamide compounds, or enantiomers, diastereomers, mixtures, or salts thereof, of formula (I), wherein the substituents are as described within the specification. Further disclosed is medicament comprising a compound of formula (I), a process for preparing said medicament, and the use of a compound of formula (I) for preparing a medicament for the acute and prophylactic treatment of acute pain, visceral pain, neuropathic, inflammatory pain, receptor-mediated pain, tumour pain and headache diseases.
