The trailer has a chassis (1) for supporting a wheel. A coupling system comprises a fixing unit arranged in the shape of a clip. Two fixing arms (5) of the coupling system comprise front ends gripped with a two-wheel vehicle on a level of a rotation axle of the wheel. The coupling system includes side adjustment units adapted to adjust side positioning of a side support (4) on a central support (3) independent from one another with respect to a longitudinal plane (P1) of the central support.
