<p>The appliance has a heater that is provided with an electric resistor (3). The electric resistor is arranged in a coolant tank (2). The tank is connected by a fluid circulator (7) to a heating radiator i.e. classic central coolant heating radiator. The resistor of the heater is provided in a sealed tube (4). A serpentine coiled tube (6) is rolled around the tank of the heater. The fluid circulator is arranged on the serpentine.</p>
