TRIAZOLO [1, 5-A] QUINOLINES AS ADENOSINE A3 RECEPTOR LIGANDS

Disclosed are triazolo-quinoline compounds represented by general formula (I). An example of a compound of formula (I) is 2-(3-methoxyphenyl)-7-(morpholin-4-yl)-9-benzylamino-10-cyano-s-triazolo[1,5-a]quinoline. Also disclosed is the use of the compounds of formula (I) for treating asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute respiratory distress syndrome, glaucoma, tumor, inflammatory bowel diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, allergic and inflammatory pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ischemia, hypoxia, arrhythmia of the heart, diseases of the kidney and mood diseases. Processes for making the compounds of formula (I) are also disclosed.
