<p>PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire having a high strength reinforcing material is provided to secure more than the tensile strength of 4000MPa by comprising a filament having the diameter of 0.18 to 0.22mm. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire(10) comprises a carcass structure, side walls(22,24) separated from each other at a constant distance, a pair of beads(16,18), a thread(15), and a reinforcing structure. The thread is arranged in the outer side of a crown's radius direction. A belt structure is arranged toward the radius direction between the carcass structure and thread. The reinforcing material comprises a cord of the ferrite-based high aluminum TRIPLEX steel material. A triplex steel reinforcing cord is arranged to have 8 to 20 epi(end/inches). The cord comprises a filament having the diameter of 0.18 to 0.22mm.</p> |
